Pixel Lineage Scrolls: Effects and Usage Guide

Learn the reported effects of Scroll of the Heavens and Out of Office Memo, their battle roles, and what to check before using or farming scrolls.

Pixel Lineage scrolls provide battle effects, including offensive abilities, healing, and buffs. Their targets, duration, and usage rules matter separately from the item’s name. HugeScorpion’s October 21, 2026 walkthrough supplies two specific examples: Scroll of the Heavens and Out of Office Memo.

Named scroll effects

Scroll Effect described in the walkthrough Battle role Video reference
Scroll of the Heavens Grants Inspired for four turns. A timed buff window. 2:21 — Heavens
Out of Office Memo Attacks all enemies; linked to Todd from Accounting. An attack covering the enemy group. 3:26 — Memo

The table separates a timed buff from an enemy-group attack. The current item tooltip supplies the full action description and resource costs.

Scroll of the Heavens: the four-turn window

Heavens is described as applying Inspired for four turns. The four turns refer to its duration; the status tooltip supplies the bonus itself.

Applying the buff and taking actions under it are separate parts of the sequence. Before using it, compare the enemies still alive, the actions available afterward, and any Inspired status already active. An overlap should be checked against the current status rules rather than assumed to add four more turns.

Out of Office Memo: enemy-group targeting

Memo is described as attacking all enemies. Its target coverage differs from a move directed at one selected foe. Enemy count and remaining HP therefore matter when assessing what the group attack would accomplish.

The walkthrough associates Memo with Todd from Accounting. Its current tooltip supplies the full effect list, including any effect beyond the group attack.

Check the action before using a scroll

Detail What it changes
Target coverage Whether the effect concerns one enemy, the enemy group, or a buff recipient.
Duration and active statuses Whether a timed effect overlaps a status already on the character.
Energy and cooldown Whether the action is currently available and what resources remain afterward.
Usage or inventory rule Whether the item can be reused, resets under a stated condition, or is consumed.
Equip or class restriction Whether the current character can use that particular item.

The term “single-use” alone does not establish permanent item consumption or a once-per-battle reset. Those are different rules, and the current item description needs to distinguish them.

Farming and item-name distinctions

The creator discusses early-area farming from personal experience. The claimed benefit of lowering a loot multiplier has not been established as a drop-rate rule. Todd’s association with Memo therefore provides a farming lead, without a fixed drop percentage or guaranteed number of clears.

A Renewal scroll and a Renewal Crystal are different item names. Neither name alone proves that the item changes a character’s class. The class-change guide distinguishes new saves from a reset of an existing hero.
